Couples Therapy

In individual counseling, the therapist and client will work together to form a safe and collaborative therapeutic alliance that will lead client in exploring feelings, beliefs, or behaviors to better understand themselves and others. Individuals present to therapy for many reasons including needing someone to talk to, desire assistance with identifying barriers that are preventing one from reaching personal goals, desiring a safe place to address trauma, needing assistance with ways to manage emotions and stress, needing support and so much more.  No topic, challenge, or problem are off limits to address in counseling.  WE ARE HERE FOR YOU.

In couple and family counseling, the therapist and couple or family will work together to help reveal patterns and cycles that impact couples and families from experiencing healthy relationships.  Also, in couple and family counseling, the therapist and couple will explore new strategies, patterns, and cycles that lead to a secure attachment style, love, and connection one may desire.

Couples sometimes seek marriage counseling as the last resort to determine if restoring the relationship or dissolving the relationship is what’s best for the couple.  Overall, the therapist will provide support, guidance and education as it relates to the need of the couple and family.  No matter the "it," WE ARE HERE FOR YOU.

In tele-health therapy, receive secure, professional counseling from the comfort of your own home, or whereever you are.  With busy schedules, traffic and transportation challenges, this is a great option for many clients. Telehealth is available from a computer or smart phone.
