I am an Everyday Behavior Tools instructor who works with businesses and school systems to assist people with learning more effective ways of interacting with one another, as well as a BIPP instructor teaching coping skills, emotional and behavioral regulation in state mandated anger control and family violence classes.
On weekends you might find me onstage in community theaters or behind the scenes as a Board Member for the Runway Theatre in Grapevine.

interpersonal relationships, family conflict, stress, ADHD, and suicidal ideation. My goal is to
meet each client where they are at in their recovery and healing process. I also specialize in
working with individuals who struggle with chemical dependency, substance abuse, and
alcoholism. I have experience working in high-risk settings with teens and adults in inpatient,
PHP/IOP, individual and group therapy. I work from the idea of “What you feel, you can heal” in
my therapeutic relationship with each individual.
In my downtime, I like to go to the library and read, go outside and adventure with my dogs, and
spend time with my family. I also like to listen to live music and play guitar. I enjoy playing
volleyball and pickleball! I like to try new cuisine (as long as it’s not seafood) and learn new
