I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. I am honored to work with adults, teens, individuals and couples to assist with managing stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, adjustment to disability and all of the challenges that life brings us.  Also, I am a LGBT+ affirming therapist. Through compassionate and non-judgmental listening I will meet you where you are and together we will work to create positive and lasting changes in your life.

 

I am an Everyday Behavior Tools instructor who works with businesses and school systems to assist people with learning more effective ways of interacting with one another, as well as a BIPP instructor teaching coping skills, emotional and behavioral regulation in state mandated anger control and family violence classes.

 

On weekends you might find me onstage in community theaters or behind the scenes as a Board Member for the Runway Theatre in Grapevine.
