WHAT CAN I EXPECT WITH GETTING STARTING THIS PROCESS OF COUNSELING OR THERAPY?

Once you contact our office, our office assistant will gather information from you in order to connect you to our online client portal. If you have insurance, it will be verified at this time. Prior to contacting the office, it is HIGHLY recommended for you to contact your insurance company to verify co-payment, co-insurance, or to receive payment information.
Secondly, you will receive an invitation to our online client portal where you will complete a number of important documents including demographic information as well as insurance information that requires completion prior to initial session.
The office assistant will schedule you for an intake appointment with the appropriate therapist. Future appointments will be scheduled individually between yourself and your therapist.
